We want you to love your Miraelle piece. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. We are unable to accept returns on items that show signs of wear, have been altered, or are missing tags.
As silk is a delicate natural fiber, items must be returned in the same condition as received. Damage resulting from improper care, washing, or handling is not eligible for return. We recommend reviewing our care instructions prior to wearing.
How to Initiate a Return
Email contact@miraellestudio.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and your reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return label.
Issues
We are so sorry if you have received a faulty item, this is not the quality you should expect from us. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Shipping
A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund:
- Canada: $15 CAD
- United States: $25 USD
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund processing time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.
