When will my order ship?
We do our best to process all orders within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Can I edit my order?
Reach out to us at contact@miraellestudio.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before your order is processed.
Can I cancel my order?
Email us at contact@miraellestudio.com right away and we'll do what we can. Once an order has been processed, we're unable to cancel it.
What is your shipping policy?
We ship to Canada and the United States. Shipping is free on all orders.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
To start a return, email contact@miraellestudio.com with your order number and reason for return. A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund: $15 CAD for Canada, $25 USD for the United States. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of receiving your return.
We do not offer exchanges at this time, and suggest you return your item and place a new order for your desired item.
What materials do you use?
The Thủy Silk Set is made from a mulberry silk and viscose blend, crafted in Vietnam. The blend gives the fabric its signature drape and softness, while keeping it wearable across different occasions and climates.
Where is Miraelle made?
Every piece is made in Vietnam by a small team of women. The craft details, including the frog closures, are handcrafted by hand. This is the foundation of how Miraelle is built and what we want to continue to bring forward.
